Account Deletion

1. About this page

This page explains how you can delete your Novari account and what happens to your personal data when you do. Novari is a virtual try-on mobile app operated by Novari, based in Cairo, Egypt. If you have any questions, contact support@novari.fit.

2. How to delete your account

Option A — Delete from inside the Novari app (recommended)

This is the fastest and most reliable option. It works on both iOS and Android.

1. Open the Novari app and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the Profile screen.
4. Tap Delete account.
5. Confirm the action in the prompt that appears. Your account and associated data are deleted immediately.

You will be signed out of the app and returned to the login screen. The account, all photos, try-on results, favorites, and profile data are removed from our servers right away.

Option B — Request deletion by email

If you can no longer sign in to your account (for example, because you uninstalled the app, lost access to the email address, or forgot your password) you can request deletion by email.

1. Send an email to support@novari.fit.
2. Use the subject line: Delete my account.
3. In the message, include the email address associated with the account you want deleted, and confirm that you are the account owner.

We will verify the request, complete the deletion within 7 calendar days, and reply to confirm. If we cannot verify ownership, we may ask for additional information before proceeding.

3. What is deleted

The following data is permanently and irreversibly deleted when your account is deleted:

• Your account record (email, authentication credentials, user ID).
• Your profile information (preferred language, country, gender, reference photo URL).
• All reference photos you uploaded.
• All clothing/outfit photos you uploaded.
• All AI try-on results generated for your account.
• All saved looks and favorites.
• Your subscription state and credit balance held in our database.

4. What is retained, and why

A small amount of data may be retained after account deletion, only where required by law or for fraud prevention. Specifically:

• Financial transaction records. When you purchase a subscription or extra credits through Apple App Store or Google Play, the receipt and transaction history are retained for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law (typically 5–7 years, depending on jurisdiction). These records are stored in pseudonymous form — they reference your purchase, not your identity.
• Subscription cancellation records. A record that the subscription was cancelled or refunded may be kept for the same retention period.

We do not retain your photos, your try-on results, or any data that would allow us to re-identify you after deletion. We do not sell personal data and we do not share data with advertisers.

5. Subscriptions and refunds

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a paid subscription billed through Apple or Google. You must cancel the subscription separately from your device’s subscription settings:

• iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Novari → Cancel.
• Android: Google Play Store → Profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → Novari → Cancel.

If you delete the Novari account without cancelling the subscription, Apple or Google will continue to bill you until you cancel through the store. Novari cannot refund or cancel subscriptions on your behalf — those are managed by the store you purchased through.

6. Changes to this page

We may update this page from time to time to reflect changes in our processes or applicable law. The effective date at the top of the page reflects the last update. Continued use of Novari after a change indicates acceptance of the updated process.
